We've partnered with Australia Post & all our orders are shipped direct from the sandy beaches of the Sunshine Coast. We believe you shouldn't have to pay for postage simply to get your product. That's why all orders are shipped free right across Australia, PO Boxes are also cool. If your order is processed before 2pm on weekdays, we will pick and pack your item the same day & lodge with Australia Post. Sometimes we do get super busy, so this isn't always possible however, we will give it out best shot.
Feel like expressing it? We have now made it even quicker to get your brand new Turkish Towel, simply spend over $50.00 AUD and will ship your order EXPRESS free of charge right across the country. Anything under this $50.00 amount has an additional fee of $2.00 payable at checkout for express, domestic will always be free.

When are orders dispatched?
We ship all orders ordered before 2pm, out the same day. Orders received after that time are shipped out first thing the next day.
Ensuring a fast delivery
1. Make sure your address & postcode are 100% accurate.
2. Most shipments are left with an authority to leave, if this is an issue please let us know in the note section at checkout. We can always request signature on delivery so it will bounce back to your local post office.
3. If delivery is for a business please ensure all details including "Business Name" "Street Level" "Floor Number".

Hang tight, all our orders are sent with tracking, so when it leaves the beach to you door you'll know exactly where it is. We aim to ship your towel the same day* so please, check with your tracking or shoot us an email & we will gladly help out. If you require your towel urgent to hit the sand in Greece we recommend using our express post service.
